As the leader in beauty and skincare recommendations for women, Allure launched its own subscription box filled with products that come highly recommended from their expert editors. In order to increase subscriptions, Allure asked for a newly designed direct mail piece that would be determined from a format test: self-mailer versus a standard letter pack. Though both formats performed well in the market, the letter pack ultimately won out and helped increase subscriptions throughout 2022.
